Initial Proposal

Title: Assessing the feasibility and potential impacts of Technology-based projects in small communities.

Blurb:
This essay will look at the potential of developing and deploying technology projects, such as Solutions, Workshops Networks and Activities in small, typically rural, communities. The essay will taking into account the key issues with such projects, namely zero-to-low budgets, zero-to-low expertise, and zero-to-low connectivity.

This essay will be focused on Primary research through interviews with other communities and practitioners and reporting on projects around the country.

Notes: I need to think about what secondary research I need to do, and I need to think about my overall argument.
